A.S. Arredamenti Design by Colamussi Raffaele Antonio (hereinafter COLAMUSSI DESIGN) with administrative headquarters in Viale del Cedro, 5, 70042 Rutigliano BA Italy, Part. Iva 00294990726, REA 174488, makes available to all users the possibility of purchasing products via the Internet through the site www.colamussidesign.com of which it is the sole and exclusive owner.
General notes
These general conditions of sale are regulated by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 - (http: // www. tuttoconsumatori.org/extfiles/14801/attachment/FILE1337607616655-23.pdf), section II, Distance contracts (articles 50 - 67) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003) and apply exclusively to the sale of the Products via the Internet, as identified and listed on the Site. The Customer (hereinafter referred to as Customer) is invited to view and / or keep these General Conditions in the preferred manner. General acceptance of the sales conditions
The Customer, by sending electronic confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with COLAMUSSI DESIGN , the general and payment conditions below, declaring to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in accordance with the aforementioned rules, also acknowledging that COLAMUSSI DESIGN itself does not consider itself bound by different conditions unless previously agreed for writing.
Sales prices and purchase methods, product availability
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT. The VAT will be automatically separated and added to the total taxable amount when the order is accepted in the cart. The customer will be asked for a contribution for shipping costs, clearly displayed before the order is finalized, variable in relation to weight and destination (on Italian territory) of the order itself. The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the expression of the purchase consent expressed through the "on line" accession or by signing the order attached to the electronic catalog on the site. The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment services indicated in the Shipping and Payment paragraph.
Buyer's obligations
The consumer and / or customer agrees and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure is completed, to provide to the press and to the conservation of the present general conditions, which, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as a necessary passage in the purchase, as well as of the specifications of the product being purchased, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition of the articles. 4, 5, 52 and 53 of the Decr. Legislative. nr 206/2005. It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and / or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively their own real personal data and not of third parties, or of fantasy. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or enter data of third parties. COLAMUSSI DESIGN reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. The Client indemnifies COLAMUSSI DESIGN from any liability deriving from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data supplied by the Customer, being the Customer solely responsible for the correct insertion.
