Right of withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 and subsequent modifications therefore include in this case remote purchases made by telephone, or via the Internet only by private individuals physical person. The customer / private consumer has the right, within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the "Right of Withdrawal". This right consists of the right to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price. To use them: Send in the aforementioned term, by e-mail asmarreda@gmail.com a written and signed declaration of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal indicating the reasons. We will accept the return of any item, provided it is in perfect condition, refunding the entire amount (except for packaging and shipping costs, as required by Italian law). If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, COLAMUSSI DESIGN will arrange within 30 working days from receipt of the goods and after contacting the customer to credit the customer with the amount paid on the invoice, excluding shipping costs. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact or if: partially used products; products damaged by customer negligence.

Jurisdiction and place of jurisdiction for disputes

Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of purchase contracts stipulated "on line" through the website will be subject to Italian jurisdiction; except for the cases provided for by art. 63 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, any dispute between the parties regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of this contract will be the exclusive responsibility of the Court of Bari BA.
